Easy reordering

Once you have signed up for a personal account with us and placed your first order, reordering products is easy and convenient. Here's how to do it:  

1. Log in to your account

   Log in to your account to find all your previous orders. If you haven’t placed an order yet or didn’t place your last order as a registered customer, this section will be empty until you have done so.

2. Add your frequently ordered products to your basket

   Click the button ‘Order my regular products’ to add all of them to your basket. The quantity will be the same as your last order, but you can update the basket as you please.

3. Go to your basket to add products you occassionally order

   If you would like to order products that you only order occasionally, you will find them in the section “I sometimes order” in the basket. Select the products you want to include and update your basket before proceeding to checkout.

4. Review your basket before checkout

   Double check your basket, to make sure you have all the products you need in the right quantities.

5. Complete your order

   You will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed. 

We distinguished between products in ‘I regularly order’ and ‘I sometimes order’ by whether they are disposable or not; if the product is for one-time use, you may want to add it to most orders, and it will be located under ‘I regularly order’. If the product is reusable, you will only need to order the product occasionally, and you can find it in the section under ‘I sometimes order’.

You can easily remove products from either section under “My Products” in your account.
