How to order your Coloplast Continence and Ostomy products
All you need to do is search for your Coloplast continence or ostomy products in the product catalogue and add them to your basket. To checkout you will need to create an account, which will require a valid email address and password.

Delivery
All sales orders will be shipped with free express delivery and in discreet packaging. Please note that we only ship to Australian addresses and will use a delivery service provider we deem appropriate. We will do our best to dispatch any order received by 11 am on the same day. Otherwise, we will dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your address and may be affected by COVID.
