Requesting samples
It can be difficult to find a product that suits your individual needs. By requesting samples, you have the chance to talk to an experienced Care Advisor who can help you find the solution that works best for you.
What products can you sample?
With a few exceptions you will be able to sample most of the products in the Coloplast Continence and Ostomy product ranges. Due to local regulatory requirements, we are not able to provide samples from our Wound Care portfolio of products.
If you are a healthcare professional, you may request samples from our full range of products across all portfolios. You can request an ostomy or continence sample online; however, you will need to speak to your territory manager when requesting a wound care sample.
How to request a sample

Add the sample pack to basket and check out
Search for the Coloplast product you would like to sample and add them to your basket. Proceed to checkout to place the sample request.

We will call you
After placing your sample request, one of our experienced Care Advisors will call you within the next few days to make sure you are getting the best sampling solution to meet your needs.

Your sample will be dispatched
Once you’ve been contacted by a Care Advisor and your sample request is approved, your sample will be dispatched within one business day.
Delivery
All sample requests will be shipped with free delivery and in discreet packaging. We will do our best to dispatch any approved sample requested received by 11 am on the same day.
