Biatain® Ibu Non-Adhesive

Biatain® Ibu is a soft absorbent foam dressing. Only Biatain® Ibu offers a unique combination of exudate management with continuous release of Ibuprofen.* When in contact with exudate, Biatain® Ibu conforms to the wound bed for high absorption – even during compression therapy.

Product description

Biatain® Ibu Non-Adhesive with 3DFit Technology  is a soft and comfortable foam for painful wounds

  • Provides optimal healing conditions by conforming into the wound bed, absorbing vertically and retaining exudate

  • The ibuprofen is released into the wound bed when in contact with wound exudate
  • May reduce wound pain during wear time and at dressing change
  • Sustained Ibuprofen release during entire wear time (up to 7 days)*

Usage

Biatain® Ibu is indicated for a wide range of low to highly exuding wounds. This includes acute wounds such as second-degree burns, postoperative wounds and traumatic wounds; and chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and non-infected diabetic foot ulcers.
